Support options →ZamPlace supports Seeker, Lister, Pro Lister, Host and Partner accounts. A user can hold multiple roles and switch between them while keeping one Primary Account Type.
Choose Join / Log In → Sign up. Select your account type, enter your name, email and mobile number, then create your password and security answer. Read the Terms before agreeing. You can add or switch account roles later.
Use Forgot password with your verified email and security answer. If you need account-access help, Talk to an Agent is available without signing in. Never send passwords or security answers in a support message.
Open Visit Demo Site for fictional sample accounts. Demo activity is separate from your production account.
Individuals can introduce themselves, what they are looking for or the type of properties they handle. Hotels, developers and companies can explain their business, services, locations, team and specialties.
Seekers can edit their profile photo and add, change, reposition or remove their cover. Provider storefronts also support galleries. Photos add context; they do not replace identity or business verification.
Activity indicators are not a guarantee that a person is available. Use Inbox to send a message and return later for a reply.
Open your seeker profile and choose Add cover photo or Change cover. Select a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB, adjust the vertical position and Save profile. You can remove it to restore the default green background. Covers are visible to visitors and members.
Your profile photo is hidden from visitors by default. Enable Show my photo to visitors in Edit profile to display it. Visitors see Name L.; signed-in members see your full name. Use both preview buttons to check the difference.
Open My Properties or Profile. Use Saved, Recently viewed, My viewings and My deals tabs. Grid/List and pagination organize larger collections. Completed deals remain Awaiting confirmation unless both parties are marked confirmed.
Saved production account records work across devices. Sign in to the same account on the production site, refresh, and confirm that you saved the change. The separate demo uses its own sample records.
Lister, Pro Lister, Host and Partner roles can create listings. Seeker accounts are designed for browsing, saving, connecting and posting Looking For requests.
ZamPlace asks for the property type first, then shows only the fields that are useful for that listing. For example, Event Venues get capacity, facility and booking questions while land-title and right-of-way questions stay hidden.
Yes. Owners can edit listing information, price, location, description, features and other listing details without creating a new listing.
Save Draft keeps a listing private. Submit for review sends it to moderation. Approved, active listings appear publicly. Editing an active listing returns it to review. Check My Listings for reviewer messages and the current status.
Confirm current availability directly with the host or lister. A listing’s active or Featured status does not independently guarantee availability.
Yes. Select Resort and enable its rate breakdown. Choose cottage rental, entrance per adult, pool admission per adult, overnight room or exclusive booking. Add child rates, entrance/pool inclusions, any extra fees, capacity and hours. The listing shows the unit clearly; the base rate is not the total for a whole group.
Event Venue listings can show venue type, event types such as weddings, birthdays or seminars, seated and standing capacity, pricing model, facilities, inclusions and optional add-ons. Use Event Venues to browse them.
Clear information about condition, access, documents, utilities, occupancy and known issues helps Seekers make better decisions and reduces wasted inquiries.
From an eligible listing, a Seeker can propose a viewing date and time. The provider can accept, decline or suggest a different schedule.
Registered users can propose, accept, decline or cancel viewings and offers in the shared workspace. Both parties confirm completion. The legal effect depends on the actual agreement and applicable law; the platform does not process payment or transfer ownership.
This is the reverse-marketing feed. Seekers post their budget, location and requirements, and providers can find relevant demand and reply. Newest requests appear first; use Search, Location and Filters to narrow the feed.
ZamPlace can support an Other option so a Seeker can describe a custom intended use. Providers can then review the request and suggest suitable properties.
No. Photos can help establish context, but they can be copied or misused. Trust should rely on multiple signals such as verified phone/email, identity checks, professional credentials, business information and independent document review.
Use the Report Profile or Report Listing tools when available. Avoid sending deposits or sensitive documents until you have independently confirmed the property and the person or business involved.
No. A production verification process should display only the verification result or badge. Sensitive identity documents should remain private and access-controlled.
Meet safely, inspect the property, verify ownership and authority to transact, confirm payment details through trusted channels, review contracts carefully and seek professional legal or real-estate advice for significant transactions.
Your saved list and private account tabs are not published on your profile. Signed-in property visits show your name, profile photo and daily visit count to that property’s host/lister, who can message you or add you to Leads. Guests do not appear in Viewer & Like Insights.
Open production requests are visible to signed-in members. A request owner sees replies to their request; other members see only the replies they wrote. Close a request when you no longer need it.
See the ZamPlace Privacy Policy for the draft MVP privacy framework.
Open Zam Support for prepared help topics or choose Talk to an Agent. Visitors and registered users can send a request, share screenshots, images or videos, and return to saved replies. Guests should return in the same browser within 30 days; clearing site cookies ends guest access. Choose End chat when finished, then leave an optional star rating.
Understand what Featured means and what it does not mean.
Featured means the provider has highlighted or promoted that listing for additional visibility. It does not mean ZamPlace guarantees, recommends or independently approves the property.
They can appear in the ordinary marketplace with a clear Featured badge and in the dedicated Featured Listings showcase page.
No. Featured and verification are separate. Verification badges describe specific checks, while Featured describes promotional placement.
Create with AI is available in the listing form. Supply your facts, review the generated draft, fill in missing details and preview it. Save Draft keeps it private; Submit for review sends it to moderation. AI does not publish automatically.
